2024 Board of Directors

Our Board of Directors is composed of committed VOLUNTEERS who are dedicated to working with equipping, empowering and restoring justice impacted Georgians, advocating for economic and resource access and equity and organizing on criminal justice reform and reentry related issues that impact justice involved individuals, particularly those who are impacted by a felony conviction and its collateral consequences. The Board meets quarterly on zoom.

** Duties of the board of directors include, but are not limited to, governing the organization by establishing policies and procedures, selecting, appointing, supporting and reviewing the performance of the President/CEO, recruiting new board members, making financial donations to the organization, ensuring the availability of adequate financial resources, securing funds through fundraisers and donations, overseeing all revenues and expenses, strategic planning, and approve annual budgets. Board Directors are expected to support the financial goals of the nonprofit by donating, at minimum, $10 a month.
