Proclamations from the Governor are issued at the discretion of the Governor as a courtesy to Georgia residents to recognize a day, week, or month for a cause of significant statewide interest.
For the 8th year, Georgia's Governor has approved our proclamation request to observe July as Reentry Awareness Month throughout the state! All of July, we will bring awareness of the challenges to reentry, highlight the successes of those returning home from incarceration and host reentry-focused events, including in person events and dinner fellowships.
Join us for our upcoming virtual and in person events (Columbus, Douglasville and Atlanta) that will educate, equip, connect and restore justice-impacted Georgians, their families and the communities in which we live.
